From Ecosystem to Building the Stack.

Perspic was founded in 2021, at a time when AI adoption in Hong Kong was still in its infancy. Most enterprises had limited understanding of what GPUs could do for AI, and the local ecosystem lacked the infrastructure and awareness to support large-scale adoption. We worked alongside Ingram Micro, NVIDIA Hong Kong, Samsung, and ASUS to promote the GPU AI ecosystem — helping businesses understand the transformative potential of GPU computing for machine learning, inference, and generative AI workloads.

That shift validated what we had been building toward for years. But it also revealed a deeper problem: the AI infrastructure itself was fragmented, expensive, and locked into cloud vendors. GPU servers from major OEMs carried 40% premiums. There was no operating system built for AI. No unified platform to orchestrate GPU workloads. So we decided to build the entire stack ourselves.
